1) You will arrive at least 60-90 minutes before your scheduled division to sign and weigh-in.
*Please check Smoothcomp as often as possible as it will update in real time and times could move forward slightly depending on how fast earlier matches finish on your mat.

2) 30 minutes before your division is due to start, you must wait in the allocated pen area and listen for your table runner (member of staff) who will come and collect you and your coach together along with your opponent and their coach at the same time.
*You are not allowed in the barriered competition area unless you are accompanied by a table runner (member of staff).
**You must not leave this area, or you will be DQ'd.

3) You will then wait with your coach next to your competition mat whilst the bout directly before you are underway.

4) Once the bout directly before you have finished, your coaches will take their allocated coach seat and the referee will invite you on to the mat.
*Your coach must stay seated at all times throughout your bout.

5) When your bout is finished, you must return to the pen area with your coach and wait until your next bout if applicable.
*You are NOT allowed to wait mat side for your next bout or watch/coach your friends compete. You can return to the other side of the barrier through the pen to watch/coach your friends compete.

6) Once your division is complete and you have successfully won a medal. Please collect your other two medallists and head to the podium area to collect your medal and take any photos.
*Unless with your other two medallists you cannot receive your medals.

**Any competitor found to be abusing these rules will be DQ'd from the day and asked to leave the venue. Previous events have shown that the barriered competition area gets far too busy for the event to continually run smoothly.
