REGISTRATION
- Early Bird Registration (Register before Sunday, 25th February 2024)
- Normal Registration (Register before Sunday, 31st March 2024)
- Late Registration (Register before Thursday, 2nd May 2024)

*Unless we reach venue capacity before any of these dates.
**We have a capacity of 250 registrations maximum for each registration period (early, normal and late), if we hit that number, the next registration will start (even if before the date).

AMENDMENT DEADLINE
- Amendment Deadline: Sunday, 5th May 2024

REFUND/CREDIT POLICY
- Refund Deadline: Sunday, 14th April 2024
- Coupon Deadline: Sunday, 5th May 2024
*NO TRANSFER OF REGISTRATION UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE TO ANOTHER INDIVIDUAL.

- We have added the possibility to withdraw from the event and gain a full refund if you withdraw more than 28 days before the event on Smoothcomp.
- We have also added the possibility to with from the event and gain a full credit for a future Empire Grappling event if you withdraw between 7-27 days before the event on Smoothcomp.
- Anything less than 7 days before the event, you are not entitled to an event credit or refund.

COUPON CODES
Coupon credit codes are valid for up to 2 years (24 months) from the date of issue.

If a coupon credit is used by a customer who then withdraws from the competition it was used for, at any time and for any reason, no additional coupon credit code will be issued.

**To clarify, coupon credit codes can only be used ONCE**

EVENT WEEK
- Brackets & Timings Released: Tuesday, 7th May 2024.
- Final point to withdraw without effecting your Smoothcomp record: Saturday, 11th May 2024.
*By withdrawing for any reason on event week, you are not entitled to an event credit or refund.
