- Normal Registration Pricing Ends: Sunday, 18th September 2022

- Late Registration Pricing Ends: Sunday, 9th October 2022

AMENDMENT DEADLINE

- Amendment Deadline: Sunday 9th October 2022

REFUND/CREDIT POLICY

- Refund Deadline: Saturday, 17th September 2022

- Coupon Deadline: Saturday, 8th October 2022

*NO TRANSFER OF REGISTRATION UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE TO ANOTHER INDIVIDUAL.

- We have added the possibility to withdraw from the event and gain a full refund if you withdraw more than 28 days before the event on Smoothcomp.

- We have also added the possibility to with from the event and gain a full credit for a future Empire Grappling event if you withdraw between 7-27 days before the event on Smoothcomp.

- Anything less than 7 days before the event, you are not entitled to an event credit or refund.

EVENT WEEK

- Brackets & Timings Released: Tuesday, 11th October 2022

- Final point to withdraw without effecting your Smoothcomp record: Friday, 14th October 2022.  

*By withdrawing for any reason on event week, you are not entitled to an event credit or refund.
